Access the Setting in your account.
Click on the "Conversation AI’ tab from the left navigation menu and then click on "configure intents " from the upper navigation bar.
To add a question, click on the “+Add” button in the Conversation Flow Section.
Now you can reorder your questions using the reorder icon.
